Yes. The plugin collects no personal data, sets no tracking cookies, and stores everything locally on your server. The toolbar is purely a client-side visitor preference widget, so it doesn’t require a cookie consent banner in most jurisdictions (though we’re not lawyers — confirm with your own counsel).
